Year 6 and 5º ano have a blast in their Graduation Disco Party
Year 6 and 5° ano students enjoyed a fun-filled party to celebrate the end of the year and mark the Year 6 students' completion of their Primary journey.
With the funds that the students had raised from various bake sales throughout the year and with help from their parents, the Theatre was transformed into a sparkly, neon-lit venue with a balloon-covered dance floor.
Glow sticks, a DJ, glow-in-the-dark face paints, a photo booth, and lots of delicious treats set the mood. Santini's ice cream and hot dogs provided sustenance for the students as they danced the evening away.
The students have worked extremely hard throughout their year at school, and it was a pleasure to observe them enjoying time with their friends. We hope the students enjoy the last few days of this academic year and wish them all the best as they move up to the Secondary section or to their new schools.
An enormous thank you to the parent representatives who coordinated this event and to all the parents who helped with any part of the event, from setting up the Theatre to supervising the students or tidying up at the end of the evening. This was a resounding success, and the children will treasure these memories for years to come.
