Year 3 Trip to the Dino Parque
Year 3 visited the Dino Parque Lourinhã on a beautiful, warm day with high excitement levels as this was the first school trip for a couple of years due to Covid restrictions.
While we were at the Dino Parque, we became real-life palaeontologists and had to excavate a block of rock to find a dinosaur hiding inside. There were T-Rex, triceratops, stegosaurus and diplodocus all hiding inside. It took a lot of resilience and patience to carve the dinosaur bones.
We saw lots of dinosaur models on our walk around the park, including those that lived on land, in the sky and in the oceans. We even got to see a Megalodon!
