Geography Field trip

Year 13 Geography visited the sand dunes at São Martinho do Porto to carry out a field investigation into the relationship between dune morphology and plant succession. This forms part of the Internal Assessment for Higher and Standard level students.

Having enjoyed a fairly leisurely few hours collecting data along the transect lines under a warm October sun, the students will be working hard over the next few weeks to complete their written fieldwork reports.
