The Art Department is introducing a celebration of KS3 and KS4 Art. This will be in the form of 'Artist of the Month', whereby students' work from each year group will be highlighted as outstanding. This may be a piece of work from a student who has particularly challenged themselves, made an amazing effort, produced an excellent piece of artist research, created a stunning final outcome or is in the process of making a technically or conceptually inspiring creation.

These will also be celebrated with the piece, or a photograph of the piece, exhibited at the entrance of our Department on our Artist of the Month Exhibition Board so they can be seen daily.

Here is our selection for November 2022:

  • Y7, Mosque drawing by Ricardo Oliveira
  • Y8, Digital Surrealist Composition by Ruben Borchardt
  • Y9, African Artefact drawing by Francesco Acquaviva,
  • Y10, Cityscape Drawing by Julia Blaurock
  • Y11, Pre-fired Coil Pot by MS.
