Clive Pig the Storyteller visits Upper Primary
We were delighted that the amazing storyteller, Clive Pig, who travels to many schools in the UK and internationally, was able to visit the Upper Primary School and the Bilingual Curriculum section last week (Years 3, 4, 5, 6, 2º, 3º, and 4º ano).
Clive entertained and captured the students' imagination with his adaptations of some traditional tales from around the world as well as locally. He challenged the children to discover for themselves the story behind the Barcelos Cockerel in Portugal and to tell it to their families. Clive also gave the children lots of tips for telling their own stories.
The children will be able to find Clive Pig’s book ‘Jurassic Cove and other Jolly Japes’, a collection of stories, in the Primary Library.
