Our school joined the global celebration of World Outdoor Classroom Day, an initiative created to promote teaching outside the classroom. This global movement encourages teachers to take students outdoors to explore and learn, taking advantage of the natural environment to increase engagement and motivation.

In the Primary school (Bilingual and International Sections), the enthusiasm for this initiative was unquestionable. Teachers and students alike were thrilled to be able to get out of the classroom and immerse themselves in the outdoors. The weather was perfect, with a bright and sunny day, which added to the joy of the moment. From Maths, Portuguese, English, Yoga and fun games to practical first aid lessons, the children experienced a wide variety of activities. We would like to thank all the teachers and assistants who joined the movement, and we hope that they are motivated to make this practise of taking learning outdoors a continuing part of their daily routine.
