St. Julian's School wins 1st place at TOPASLX
St. Julian's again attended the yearly TOPASLX coding competition organised by the Science and Technology Faculty (FCT) of Universidade NOVA. Students were given eight challenges and had to solve as many as possible within 4 hours using Python, Java, Pascal or C. There were, in total, 18 teams representing various Portuguese schools, St Julian's being the only international school that attended.
This year we had three fantastic and talented young programmers from Y12 who not only represented St Julian's but came first!
Many congratulations to Valantina Chen, Terrence Ramdin and António.
